The Rape Crisis Center kicked-off National Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month March 31, 2008, at the Carver Community Cultural Center. Youth in Bexar County helped Celebrate Healing & Hope through artistic expression. The performance, which was free and open to the entire community, included interpretive dance, singing, drama, and other theatrical performances. San Antonio Express-News Columnist Cary Clack served as Co-Host for the evening, along with youth Co-Host Kyndal Fendley.
